Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and i89bat ("i89bat", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the i89bat website located at https://i89bat.app, as well as all related services, features, content, promotions, and functionality made available through the platform.

By accessing the i89bat platform — whether to browse content, create an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or claim a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the i89bat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and i89bat. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended i89bat account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account. Registering multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through i89bat's responsible gaming tools or applied by i89bat following a support request — at the time of registration or at any time during active use of the platform.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the i89bat platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. i89bat makes no representations or warranties that the platform is legal or appropriate for use in any specific location.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of features available on i89bat — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

i89bat applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all player accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully verified and withdrawal requests can be processed:

• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months showing your name and residential address in Bangladesh

i89bat reserves the right to suspend deposits, freeze withdrawals, or close an account if KYC documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe following a verification request, or if the documents submitted do not pass our verification checks.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in will be treated as authorised activity by you. Deposits and Withdrawals

i89bat supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically chosen to serve Bangladesh-based players. All account transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). i89bat does not charge deposit fees on its end; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• i89bat reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
• Deposits made to i89bat are solely intended for use on the platform and may not be reversed once credited to your player account, except in cases where i89bat determines an error has occurred.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash and Nagad accounts is within 24 hours for verified accounts under normal operating conditions.
• i89bat reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified if this is the case.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Please refer to the Bonuses and Promotions section below for full details.
• i89bat does not charge withdrawal fees on its end; however, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own standard charges.

Bonuses and Promotions

i89bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonus offers made available through i89bat are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion at the time it is offered:

• Eligibility: Bonus offers are available to eligible players aged 18 and above. Each player is entitled to claim any given welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through the creation of a duplicate account — will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion.
• Game contributions: Not all games on the i89bat platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Full contribution tables are provided in each individual promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet rule: While a wagering requirement is active on a bonus, a maximum bet limit per spin or per bet applies. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. The maximum bet limit for each promotion is stated in its specific terms.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds: Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. If you choose to make a withdrawal request before completing the wagering requirement, i89bat reserves the right to deduct the remaining bonus balance from your account.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date they are credited to your account. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain unwagered at the point of expiry will be forfeited.
• Modifications and withdrawals: i89bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice. Where possible, we will provide advance notice to affected players.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By registering and using an i89bat account, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of your agreement with i89bat:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud i89bat or other players — including through chargebacks, false claims, or misrepresentation of identity — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities where required.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or employing any other method to obtain bonus funds to which you are not entitled is prohibited. This includes coordinated bonus abuse by groups of players.
• Prohibited software: The use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly forbidden.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion with other players — including but not limited to sharing hand information, coordinating bets, or chip dumping in poker — is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Money laundering: Using the i89bat platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity is strictly forbidden and will be reported to appropriate financial intelligence authorities.
• Third-party access: Allowing any other person to access or operate your i89bat account — including sharing login credentials — is prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Underage access: Registering or allowing access to the platform by any person under the age of 18 is a serious violation of these Terms and applicable law.
• Platform interference: Any attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, or interfere with the technical operation of the i89bat platform — including through denial-of-service attacks, SQL injection, or any other malicious technical means — is strictly prohibited.

i89bat reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these obligations, to withhold or forfeit any funds held in such an account pending investigation, and to pursue any legal remedies available where the breach involves criminal activity or causes financial loss to i89bat.

Intellectual Property

All content on the i89bat platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, brand elements, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of i89bat or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the i89bat platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any content from the i89bat platform without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any i89bat content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the platform
• Use the i89bat brand name, logo, or trade marks for any commercial purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform using automated means

All third-party game content available through the i89bat platform — including games provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studios — remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to those providers' own licensing terms. i89bat operates these games under licence from the relevant providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i89bat's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their i89bat account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

i89bat shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss, even if advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage
• Any loss arising from interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or events outside i89bat's reasonable control
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome data

i89bat does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Whilst we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and data integrity, the nature of online services means that temporary outages or disruptions may occur. i89bat shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or wagers caused by technical disruptions where the disruption is not attributable to i89bat's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.
